Thank you for choosing Aggressive Knives! We take pride in our handcrafted knives and hope you'll love yours. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a return.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your knife must be:
- Unworn and unused: This means the knife hasn't been sharpened, used for cutting, or otherwise put to practical use.
- With tags: If the knife came with any tags or packaging materials, please include them with the return.
- In its original packaging: The original box or case helps protect the knife during return shipping.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for knives that have been used or show signs of wear. This is due to the nature of handmade knives and safety considerations.
To Start a Return:
- Contact us at [Your Email Address] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important: Do not return your knife without first contacting us, as we may need to provide a specific return address or shipping label.
Once we receive your returned knife and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.
Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used or damaged knives. Due to the safety concerns involved with sharp objects, returned knives must be in unworn and unused condition.
- Custom-made knives. Since these are unique pieces made to your specifications, returns are not applicable.
